The role will ensure the efficient operation of the Polzeath Beach car park by keeping traffic flowing from the highway into the car park and helping people park safely and sensibly.

Cornwall Council have finally cleared the St Minver NDP to go for Final Public Consultation.
The consultation period starts on Friday 18th December and runs for 7 weeks (because it spans Christmas) and ends on 5th February 2016.
Information about the consultation can be found on Cornwall Council’s website and there is included a web-link below. A copy of the St Minver Parishes Neighbourhood Plan documents have been sent to the Wadebridge Library and One Stop Shop.
The Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) that Natural England required to support the submission of the NDP for Final public Consultation and Independent Inspection was completed along with recommended minor changes to the NDP in October 2015.
The SEA, revised NDP and revised Consultation Statement were submitted to Cornwall Council mid October 2015. The NDP process requires the Council to manage the mandatory Final Public Consultation, Independent Examination and Referendum.
Cornwall Council has advised that the NDP has been cleared by their Finance and Legal Departments and signed off for Public Consultation. The Consultation period is for seven weeks starting from Friday 18th December 2015 to Friday 5th February 2016. This is extended from the normal six weeks to allow for Christmas break.
Cornwall Council have advertised the consultation in the Cornish Guardian and placed a copy of the consultation documentation in the One Stop Shop in Wadebridge Library, and locations in the St Minver Parishes. Proposed Development of Trewint Playing Field
The Parish Councils held a meeting on the 31st March to discuss the possibility of increasing the facilities at the playing field at Trewint Lane. The decision to explore some options came from the results of our Parish Plan that identified the need for more recreational opportunities for our parishioners (Old and Young).
